9 Limitation of Liability
Basa6 is not liable for:

- Issues with third-party software or payment gateways
- Account information compromised due to the user's own negligence
- Service disruptions caused by unexpected technical issues
In no case shall basa6's maximum liability exceed the value of the transaction in question.
